Initial special possessions
When you make your character, you'll choose special possessions from your playbook. Most of these choices include a list of items, which you own or have ready access to. Assume that you're proficient with these items.
Items listed in the plural ("thick gloves") or general ("lime") are things that you have a reasonable amount of, and can make or acquire more over time. An item listed in the singular (like "a boiled leather cuirass") is the only one you've got; if you lose it, it's gone until you replace it.
A special possession with a number of uses is a finite resource. Once expended, those uses are gone (even if the item itself remains). If you want more uses, Make a Plan with the GM.
One of Vahid's special possessions is "Books & scrolls ( uses): expend a use to consult your collection and turn a Know Things roll you just made into a 10+." After Vahid marks the fifth circle, he can no longer use his collection to change the results of a Know Things roll. He still has the books and scrolls, but they no longer modify a move.
If you're a Seeker, add your arcana to your Inventory sheet, too! If they have a or on the front side, they count towards your load, as always. Otherwise, they're small items, or something that you wouldn't carry around with you.
