Answer those questions

Start answering your questions, in whatever order makes sense or whatever order the answers occur to you.

If there's a clear answer to a question, then great, use that. Otherwise, jot down some possible answers. Either pick between them randomly or choose the answer that excites you most, the one that makes the most sense or feels the most thematic. If unsure, put it aside for now and come back to the question later.

If no answer occurs to you at all, or you dislike the ones you've got, then flip through your notes, your threats, and other entries in Book II. Look for connections that might help answer the question. Roll on a relevant table in Book II, or use a divination tool (e.g. tarot cards).

If you're still stumped, consider whether you need to answer this question, or if it's the right question. Add the question to your "I wonder…" list “I wonder…” or frame it differently. Maybe the question isn't, "How do the bandits keep the ghosts at bay?" but rather, "Which of the bandits have been possessed?"

Let your answers spawn new questions. Answer them. If new connections occur to you and prompt new ideas, consider using them. Don't be afraid to revise and adapt your answers or even your foundation if you need to.
