Conflict between PCs

One of your players' agendas is to portray a compelling character, and such characters won't always agree. That's okay. Actually, that's great! Handled well, conflict between PCs can be high drama and some of the most memorable parts of the game.

Most PC conflicts are just disagreements, or one PC trying to stop another PC from doing something rash. The Would-be Hero goes to charge the corrupted boar, but the Marshal Interferes and stops them. The Blessed wants to subdue the beast and heal it if she can, and Persuades the other PCs to let her try.

Encourage players to argue in character, not to "win" but to establish their positions and their values. Use moves like Persuade (vs. PCs), Interfere, and Seek Insight to keep things moving.
