Buying artifacts

As a rule, specific and/or magical artifacts are unique items—the PCs can't just Trade & Barter to acquire them.

If a PC wants to acquire such an artifact, they might:

• Know Things about where such things can be found, or who might have one (and then attempt to acquire it)
• Make a Plan with the GM
• Put out word that they're looking for such a thing, and then choose a "trade opportunity" when Seasons Change
• Tell the GM what they're after, and then choose "interesting news" when Seasons change
