The final sessions
Figure out when your last session will be, and how many sessions you have before then. As you prep for those final sessions, keep the wishlist forefront in your mind.
Look at what you need to cover and how many sessions you have left. Use time skips, love letters, and aggressive scene-framing to get the wishes on screen. If you don't see a way to do so, talk to your players and ask for ideas. If you think you have an idea, but it involves committing the PCs to a certain course of action, check in and make sure everyone is on board.
Ignore moves, procedures, and rules that don't help you hit the wish list items in the time that remains. If the last session will hinge on a battle with Yaarowslow the Many in the ruins of Vor Svetelik, then don't bother with Seasons Change or the journey there or how many supplies the PCs have left.
During the finale, especially: go big and don't hold back. Make bold GM moves that force the PCs to make hard choices, take desperate risks, and put it all on the line. When they roll a 6-, make it hurt. Now more than ever, let things burn.
